The experience so far has been great; the people pretty much keep to themselves which is great compared to the last apartment I was at. The maintenance staff is quick to respond if u ever have to call for them.

ParkVal Apartments is amazing, top to bottom. From the leasing office, all way down to the laundry room. It is a Great, Peaceful neighborhood. Anyone who is looking to live here will absolutely love it. The staff here is amazing as well. You will have great services, alone with maintenance services. Any requests you have the staff will take care of you, with no problem.

It's really a nice place to live in, especially for the price that it goes for. It's a safe environment, with easy access to transport services, like the bus and train. The staff is really friendly and willing to help out residents.

Office and maintenance staff very pleasant. Maintenance guys are always professional and take all your concerns with great consideration. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants, and transit. Clean environment and safe. I have never had or heard of any safety issues or complaints of issues within the community with neighbors. Everyone seems to get along well.
